Open your task list, hit start, and AutoTasks goes customer by customer. It reads what it needs (their name, the vehicle they want, what they said last, whether anyone answered them) and writes the message the way you would. You read it, change anything you want, and tap send. By the time you've sent one, the next is already written and waiting. Install AutoTasks and sign in to your AutoTasks account. 2. Open your CRM's task list in Chrome and click the AutoTasks icon. The side panel opens next to it. 3. Tap "Connect your CRM" once. Chrome asks permission for that one site. 4. Hit start. Read, tap send, repeat. That's the whole job. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY: WE DON'T KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS' INFORMATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ AutoTasks reads a customer only at the moment it writes their message, uses it for that one message, and lets it go. • Our servers never save, log, or sell customer information. • Customer details used during your session live only in Chrome's temporary memory and are cleared when you close the browser. • AutoTasks only works on the CRM site you connect, and only after Chrome asks your permission. It doesn't read your other tabs or your browsing history. • Messages are written by Claude, Anthropic's AI, over an encrypted connection. Anthropic does not use this information to train its models.
