AUTOTAGR — Label Printer for Whatnot Sellers
Overview
Auto-print a thermal label the moment a Whatnot sale is verified. One label per sale, printed locally via QZ Tray.
AUTOTAGR watches your Whatnot live show and prints exactly one label to your own thermal printer through QZ Tray. No clicking, no copying buyer names, no end-of-show label marathon. WHAT IT DOES • Verified printing by default — a label prints the moment payment is confirmed. A sale still awaiting payment is held and shown as a one-tap PAYMENT CLEARED card in the side panel, so a late payment never interrupts your flow. • Or print everything immediately — an opt-in setting prints sales the moment they happen even while payment is PENDING or FAILED. They stay tagged in the activity log, and a later payment update never prints a second label. • One label per sale — duplicate protection means the same sale never prints twice, and it survives page refreshes and browser restarts. Retention is configurable (30 days by default). • Every sale type — auctions, Buy It Now, giveaways, surprise sets, flash sales and break spots, each tagged in the activity feed. REVERSE SET mode holds break spots until the randomizer assigns the item, then prints one label. • Sequential printing — a burst of sales prints one after another, in order, never colliding on the printer. If QZ Tray drops, the queue pauses and resumes on its own; it never silently switches printers. • Live session dashboard — sales count, gross, estimated fees and net for the current show, with Whatnot category presets (standard, electronics, coins & money) and optional giveaway cost tracking. • Tap-to-reprint — reprint any sale from the activity feed, or the last label with one click. • Label Studio — design your label: preset sizes 2×1, 2×1.25, 2×1.5 and 4×2 or any custom size up to 12", portrait or landscape, per-field font and character limits, field order, your own logo and custom text, with a live preview and safe-area guide. • Keyword filters — block printing when certain words appear in a title, or print only sales that contain them. Per-type toggles skip giveaways or Buy It Now entirely. • CSV show report — export each show's sales, or let it auto-export when you start a new session. • Grim — a built-in offline help assistant for setup and troubleshooting that never sends anything anywhere. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sale detection and printing run entirely on your computer. Labels go straight to QZ Tray on your own machine. Your sales, buyers and items are never sent to any server. The only network calls are license validation and an optional diagnostic report that is sent only when you press "Send". REQUIREMENTS • QZ Tray (free) installed and running — https://qz.io • A thermal label printer (manual printer-name entry is supported if detection misses yours) • An AUTOTAGR license — https://autotagr.com/pricing AUTOTAGR is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot Inc. or QZ Tray.
