AutoStream Respond helps dealership salespeople answer buyers faster and more accurately. When you open a conversation in Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, TECOBI (text) or Outlook, the side panel reads the thread you have open and drafts the next reply in your store's voice, using facts the store has verified: current inventory, prices, vehicle history and inspection notes, hours and location, and the playbook your manager set up. Nothing is sent for you. Every suggestion is a draft that you edit, copy and send yourself. What it does - Drafts a reply to the conversation you have open, in English or Spanish, matching the buyer's tone. - Answers "do you have a ..." questions from the store's live inventory instead of guessing. - Flags when a question needs a fact the store has not verified, so you confirm it instead of inventing it. - Keeps a watchlist of what buyers are looking for and tells you when a matching car arrives. - Optional: connect your dealership website so replies can reference vehicle history links and specs from your own pages. What it does not do - It never sends, posts or replies on your behalf. Every message is typed or pasted and sent by you. - It never reads pages other than the ones listed in its permissions. - It does not collect data from anyone who is not signed in to an AutoStream account.
