Does not open its window properly, and there is no feature to adjust the size I cannot even use it.

It might work properly on desktop chrome. It is difficult to use on tablets. tried on kiwi browser

I was looking at Chrome scrollers and I had an annoying time reading through papers and writing notes. It's really convenient for reading articles. Especially the ability to time my scrolling so that I can go through more information with ease. All and all, 10/10.
