Automatic Tab Sorting

Moves the active tab to the first unpinned position. Most recently used tabs always stay first.

Automatic Tab Sorting keeps your tabs organized by recency without any configuration. The active tab is automatically moved to the first unpinned position, ensuring recently used tabs remain easily accessible on the left. Pinned tabs are never affected, and manual tab movements are preserved. No data collection. No background overhead beyond a minimal service worker. How grouping works: tabs are grouped by registrable (root) domain. Group colors are assigned deterministically from the domain name, so the same domain always gets the same color. Existing groups matching a domain are reused instead of duplicated. Empty groups are automatically removed by Chrome. Lightweight. Deterministic behavior. No tracking.
