Translation of External Message (Ticket)

I find this feature very helpful for collaboration.

By any chance,
if we use Slack apps like Zendesk to retrieve external tickets for customer interaction,
this translation feature does not seem to work (probably because it is not within the message body).
Is there any way we can ensure that the messages retrieved from external sources are translated uniformly? Or is there any update that can be expected for this?
