Filter AutoTrader UK listings by price-confidence label, “You may also like” tiles, and write-off category — entirely client-side.

AutoFilter puts you in control of AutoTrader UK search results. Every listing on an AutoTrader search page carries Auto Trader's own price-confidence label — Great price, Good price, Fair price, Higher price or Lower price. AutoFilter lets you show only the labels you care about, so the results grid contains just the cars you actually want to see. WHAT IT DOES • Six independent toggles: Higher price, Fair price, Good price, Great price, Lower price, and listings carrying no label at all. • Hide "You may also like" tiles. Auto Trader mixes recommended cars that fall outside your search criteria into the results grid. One toggle removes them. • Hidden cards leave no gap. The remaining cars reflow to fill the space, exactly as if the hidden ones had never been there. • A live counter in the popup shows how many listings are visible out of the total found so far. • Pause at any time. A single On/Paused switch brings every listing back without losing your selection. • Reset returns everything to shown in one click. • Your choices are remembered between sessions and applied automatically to the next search page you open. • Works with infinite scroll. Cars loaded as you scroll are filtered as they appear. • A banner appears above the results only while filtering is actually hiding something, with a one-click link to turn filtering off. When nothing is being hidden, it stays out of your way. PRIVACY AutoFilter makes no network requests of any kind. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share any data. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking. Your filter settings are held locally in your own browser and never leave your device. PERMISSIONS AutoFilter asks for storage, to remember your filter selection, and for access to AutoTrader car-search pages, where it does its work. It cannot see any other site you visit. HOW IT WORKS AutoFilter reads the price labels Auto Trader already displays on each listing. It does not calculate, alter or second-guess those labels, and it changes nothing about the listings themselves — it only decides which ones stay on screen.
