Overview

Save any web form as a named profile and refill it with one click next time. View and edit them anytime.

Fill out the same web form again in one click. Some forms you fill in over and over — visa and arrival cards, conference registrations, shipping addresses, job applications. AutoFill Form Helper saves what you typed as a named profile, then puts it all back next time with one click. HOW IT WORKS 1. Fill in the form once. 2. Right-click anywhere on the page → AutoFill Form Helper → "Save this form as…" 3. Give it a name. Untick fields you'd rather not keep, or edit a value right there. 4. Next time you open that page: right-click → "Fill: <name>", or click the toolbar icon. BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD FORMS Most autofill tools break on anything more complicated than a login box. This one was built against the forms that actually give people trouble: • Cascading dropdowns — pick a state and the city list loads over AJAX. It waits for the real options to arrive instead of grabbing whatever stale list is still on screen, and re-checks once the page settles. • Date pickers — values are delivered the way a real keystroke would be, so the calendar widget actually registers the date. No more "the box shows a date but the calendar is empty, and it clears the moment you click away." • React / Vue controlled inputs — values go in through the native setter with proper events, so the framework sees them. • Radio buttons, checkboxes, multi-selects and textareas are all handled. • Fields with no id or name, or with a random id that changes every reload — matched through several fallbacks, including the visible label text. MULTIPLE PROFILES PER PAGE Keep "John's details" and "Jane's details" on the same page and pick from the right-click menu. Reusing a name updates that profile instead of piling up duplicates. VIEW AND EDIT EVERYTHING The manage page lists every profile. Rename them, change any saved value, switch individual fields off, adjust which URLs a profile applies to (wildcards allowed), duplicate a profile, or export everything to JSON and import it back. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR MACHINE Everything lives in Chrome's local extension storage. Nothing is uploaded. No account, no analytics, no server. Uninstalling removes all of it. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOESN'T DO • It never submits a form for you. • It doesn't touch CAPTCHAs. • It ignores hidden fields — those are usually CSRF tokens, and replaying them breaks the submission. • It won't override a site's own rules. If a site only accepts dates within the next three days, an expired saved date still won't be accepted — you'll need to change it. Password fields are saved (marked with a lock icon on the manage page) and stay in local storage like everything else. On a shared computer, just untick that row when saving.
