Overview

Save answer profiles and autofill Google Forms. Text, dropdowns, dates, multiple choice, and checkboxes. Local only.

You fill the same kind of Google Form again and again. Name, email, company, department, the same dropdowns and checkboxes. Every time you retype. Chrome autofill misses half the fields. Password managers feel wrong for survey answers. If you run ops, QA, HR admin, campus clubs, or support workflows on Google Forms, this wastes real minutes every day. FormFiller saves answer profiles and fills the open Google Form in one click — including text, dropdowns, dates, multiple choice, and checkboxes. WHAT FORMVAULT DOES FormFiller is a local answer vault for Google Forms only. Build a profile once, then fill matching questions whenever you open a form. Answer profiles Store multiple profiles (for example Default, Work, Test data). Each profile maps question titles to answers. Scan form On an open form, scan visible question titles into your active profile so you can fill answers quickly. One-click fill Match question titles with fuzzy matching (for example "E-mail" to "Email Address") and fill supported controls. Dropdowns, radios, checkboxes, dates Goes beyond plain text: listboxes, single choice, multi-select (separate options with |), and common date/time fields. On-page Fill button A small floating control on the form page runs fill without opening the popup. Settings Auto-fill on load, highlight filled questions, and adjustable fuzzy match threshold. Local only Profiles are stored with Chrome storage on your browser profile. FormFiller does not require a FormFiller account and does not upload your answers to a FormFiller server. WHAT FORMVAULT DOES NOT DO FormFiller is not a universal web autofill engine and not a password manager. - It does not fill arbitrary websites outside Google Forms - It does not submit forms automatically - It does not scrape or export other people's responses from Google Forms admin - It does not call a remote AI or backend to generate answers - It only runs on docs.google.com/forms and forms.gle WHO IT IS FOR - Ops and community managers who test the same registration forms weekly - QA and product teams who need repeatable form test data - HR / admin staff filling recurring internal Google Forms - Students and clubs with repeating signup questionnaires - Anyone tired of retyping the same Google Forms answers HOW TO USE 1.
