FILL ANY WEB FORM WITH ONE CLICK Form Memo remembers a form once — the fields, their order and the values you typed — and fills that same form again the next time you open it. No account, no cloud, no retyping your address for the tenth time. WHY IT HELPS We fill the same kinds of forms over and over: checkout pages, shipping details, registrations, support tickets, job applications. Built-in autofill only helps while the fields match its own idea of "name" and "address". Form Memo works with the form you actually have: • It remembers the form itself, not a fixed list of fields. • It reuses your values only on the site where you saved them. • One click fills it, or switch on automatic filling for forms you trust. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the page with the form you fill often. 2. Click the extension icon and press "Save this form" — the memo keeps the field structure and the values you entered. 3. Reload the page or come back later. 4. A small bar appears above the form with a Fill button. 5. Press it and the fields are filled; close the bar if you do not need it. The extension needs access to pages to notice forms and read fields: it does not collect browsing history, does not read pages without forms, and never touches passwords. Remove a template or clear all in the settings; uninstalling removes the data too. QUESTIONS Does it send my data anywhere? — No. Values stay in local storage on this device. Will it fill a form on another site? — Only if you saved a template on that same site. Does it submit forms for me? — No, the submit button stays your decision.
