Generate favicon if it doesn't exist

In Chrome, the tabbed browser, you may have many tabs open. When the tab bar becomes so narrow that only the favicon is displayed, sites with no favicon set will be difficult to find from the tabs. This extension improves this problem by generating favicons from the title.
