定时打开指定网页，在用户授权范围内采集 Cookie 或匹配请求上下文，并在本地管理任务结果。
Auto Submit Config 是面向开发与测试人员的定时网页采集工具。用户可为每个任务指定目标页面、执行间隔、Cookie 采集范围和请求匹配规则。扩展仅在用户明确同意数据采集并授权对应网站后运行；任务配置与日志默认保存在浏览器本地。可选的任务结束通知只会发送到用户自行填写的地址。适用于接口联调、登录状态检查和自动化排查。
