Auto-refresh any page on a timer, and Refresh Loop tells you the second the text changes. A countdown sits right on the page, so you can see it's still working. It never clicks, types, fills out forms or solves captchas for you. If you need that, this is the wrong tool. Anything faster than one check every 30 seconds works only while the tab is on screen. Chrome slows down tabs you're not looking at. The popup says so when you ask it to check more often than that, so you find out before you rely on it.
