Auto Refresh: Tab Reloader, Page Monitor & Price Alerts
Overview
Reload tabs on a timer, at a set time or during set hours. Watch pages for text, prices or changes and get alerted.
Auto Refresh reloads any tab on a timer, at an exact time or only during the hours you choose, and tells you the moment a page changes. Set it up in two clicks from the toolbar: pick an interval and start. Every tab can run its own timer. Everything runs locally in your browser. There is no account, no server and no tracking. TIMER - Per-tab timers from 1 second to 24 hours, with quick presets you can edit - Refresh once at an exact time, such as 10:00:00 for a ticket or product drop, accurate to within a few milliseconds - Hard refresh that bypasses the cache, and an optional random spread so reloads don't land on a fixed rhythm - Wait while you're viewing the tab, typing in a form (so you never lose a half-written message) or while the tab plays audio - Pause, resume and refresh now, or pause for 5 minutes, 15 minutes or an hour and it resumes by itself - Start the same timer on every tab in the window or tab group at once - Saved setups: save your settings under a name, such as "Ticket drop", and apply them in one click - Optionally resume running timers after Chrome restarts ON THE PAGE - A timer card on the page with the countdown and pause, refresh and stop buttons; drag it anywhere or fold it away - A progress bar along the top of the page - A countdown ring on the tab's icon, and the countdown in the tab title - An optional warning a few seconds before each reload, with "+1 min" and "Skip this one" - Keeps your scroll position after each reload LIMITS AND SCHEDULE - Stop after a number of refreshes, or after a set time - Active hours: only refresh during set hours on chosen days, for example 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours the timer sleeps and picks up again when the window opens PAGE WATCHING - Stop and alert when text appears (e.g. "In stock"), when it disappears (e.g. "Sold out"), or when the content changes at all - Watch a number: stop when a price goes below or above your target, or changes. Understands formats like $1,299.99 and 1.299,99 € - Watch the whole page or just one part of it: click "Pick" and click the element on the page - Match text with regular expressions, and choose whether case matters - See what changed: the alert shows the lines that were added and removed - Changes and disappearances are checked twice, so a slow-loading page doesn't cause a false alarm ALERTS - Desktop notification that jumps to the tab when clicked - Alert sound: chime, bell or alarm, with adjustable volume - Bring the tab to the front and highlight what was found on the page - Activity log of every watch hit and finished timer EVERYWHERE - Live countdown in the popup and on the toolbar badge - Site rules: start refreshing automatically whenever a site loads - See every refreshing tab in one list, jump to it, or pause or stop them all - Right-click menu, and keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+R to start or stop, Alt+Shift+P to pause or resume - Light and dark themes, or follow your system - Export and import your settings PRIVACY Auto Refresh has no backend, no analytics and no remote code. It never sends anything anywhere. Page features ask for access one site at a time, and page watching keeps only a short fingerprint of the page or the number it's watching. Your settings, timers and activity log stay in your browser's extension storage.
