For every people who give 1 star should consider learning the basic of the internet. Everyone knows you have to refresh the page in order for the extension to work properly. This thing verry useful i will give the developer a thumbs up

Yes it does. It clicks the button to claim points when it appears. Simple as that. If the button doesn't appear for you, that's because it's already been clicked before you noticed, or because Twitch isn't allowing you to collect points. Nothing to do with the extension.
