Overview

Reads the phone number from your dialer/CRM and sends it to Ausculta Capture so agents don't retype it.

Ausculta Dialer Bridge is a companion extension for the Ausculta Capture desktop app. When you open a lead or call screen in a supported dialer or CRM (CommPeak, TradingCRM, or any site you configure), it detects the customer phone number and sends it to Capture on the same computer — no retyping, no copy-paste. Set up once per site with “Pick number on this page”: click the phone field, grant access if Chrome asks, and you’re done. The popup shows Capture connection status and the last number detected. Requires the Ausculta Capture desktop app running on the same PC, with Dialer number bridge enabled. Built for contact-center agents already using Ausculta Capture.
