Open a session note in your EHR, click Check, and see what an insurance auditor would object to — before the note is submitted. AuditProof reads the note already on your screen and reviews how it is written. It is the same engine ABA clinics pay us to run across every note they produce, made free for one note at a time. WHAT IT CATCHES Notes get denied and clawed back for how they are written, not for what happened in the room. AuditProof checks for the problems that actually cost clinics money: • Vague, conclusory language an auditor cannot verify ("good session", "did well", "was compliant") • Behavior described without the antecedent, the behavior and the consequence • Session times that do not support the units billed • Missing or non-specific measurable data • Interventions named without saying what the RBT actually did • Caregiver training documented as a conversation rather than as training • Copy-paste language and boilerplate that reads the same on every note • Notes that never connect the session to the treatment plan ...and about thirty more. EVERY FINDING QUOTES THE SENTENCE THAT CAUSED IT Not a score and a shrug. Each problem names the exact words it flagged and says what to write instead, so a fix takes a minute instead of a meeting. WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED • No account and no password • No EHR credentials — we never log in to anything • No install on a server, no IT ticket, no procurement You tick one box the first time, and give an email once so we can show you the results. That is the whole setup. WHAT LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER — AND WHAT DOES NOT The note is de-identified in your own browser, before anything is sent. Client name, date of birth, insurance numbers, provider and analyst names, licence and NPI numbers, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses are removed and replaced with placeholders on your machine. The findings come back to the panel, and our server deletes its copy the moment the panel has them. Nothing from a free note stays on our side. We do not claim this makes a note anonymous — free text can still mention someone we did not recognise, and the date of service has to stay. The extension says exactly that before you agree to anything, because a tool that overstates its own protection is worse than one that has none. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT CANNOT SEE A handful of checks compare a note against your EHR — the treatment plan, the authorization, the client's other notes. The free extension cannot see any of that, so those checks stay locked, and the panel tells you how many rather than quietly scoring the note as if it had checked them. WHO IT IS FOR RBTs, BCBAs, clinical directors, and the documentation and billing staff who find these problems after the fact. If you write or review ABA session notes, it is for you.
