Assign CCH Engagement Organizer request items to your team with internal due dates, reminder emails, and a shared Google Sheet.

Audit Helper adds team assignment to the CCH Axcess Engagement Organizer. When your auditor sends a request list, the organizer shows you what is needed but not who on your team owns it. Audit Helper adds controls for assigning tasks, due dates, and status to every request item without changing anything your auditor sees. • Assign any request item to a teammate • Set an internal due date, earlier than the auditor's if you want lead time • Filter the list to just your items, or to anything still unassigned • Track status through Open, In Progress, Ready, Submitted and Done • Marking an item Completed in the organizer updates your tracker automatically • Open the shared sheet straight from the toolbar button Everything is stored in a Google Sheet that you create and control. A Google Apps Script you deploy sends assignment notices, due-date reminders, overdue nudges and weekly digests to your team, plus a daily activity digest to whoever is running the engagement. Who gets the digests, and when the mail goes out, is set on a tab of the sheet.
