Extension Disapeared

I am a teacher. I added Beep, used it twice in google class. When I went back in it had disappeared. I removed it from chrome then added it again but it still doesn't appear to be there.

can't hear the recordings

I am trying to use the extension BEEP to record comments for students inside the classroom app. I can record but there is no sound coming up when I play it
I have tried the same action in different computers and is no use. What do you suggest?

Students unable to hear my comments

I make comments. I can hear them. But when I insert into the comments of a doc in Classroom the students cannot hear it.
