If this works I must be dumb b/c I've installed it on both Edge and Chrome latest versions and no matter how many times I click the button, the video stays on.

Yes, it broke again due to YT change. I have fixed it in https://github.com/Ashish-Bansal/audio-only-youtube/issues/119#issuecomment-2780386014 New update should work now.

Not working, not sure if I am using it correctly. We just have to download the extension, switch it "on" and it should work, right?

Stopped working. Was working fine for years on Chrome version Version 116.0.5845.187 (Official Build) (x86_64) High Sierra 10.13.6
