Pre-warm microphone for Google Meet

This tries to get access rights to the microphone preliminary before it is really required, when the target website (meet.google.com by default) is loaded. This aims to avoid initialization error of the audio device on some VDI environment. To change the target website, please set the hostname with a key `domain` via the managed storage.
