)Overview
See every tab making sound. Mute, pause, boost and remember volume per site, change speed, and auto-mute sites.
Ever had a tab start playing sound and had no idea which one it was? Audio Control fixes that. Click the icon and you'll see every tab that's making sound. You can pause it, mute it or change its volume right there, without switching to it. What you can do: • See which tabs are playing sound, with the loudest ones at the top • Play, pause, mute or change the volume of any tab from one list • Turn the volume up to 300% for quiet videos, without crackling • Remember the volume for each site. Set YouTube to 150% once and it stays there. • Keep sites muted for good. Add a site like twitter.com and it always opens muted. • Change playback speed or skip 10 seconds back or forward • Mute or unmute every tab in one click • Turn your mic and camera on or off in Google Meet without leaving the tab you're on • Use the light or dark theme Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+M: mute or unmute the current tab Alt+Shift+P: play or pause the last tab that made sound Alt+Shift+O: mute every tab except this one Alt+Shift+A: mute or unmute all tabs It's free. You don't need an account, and nothing is tracked. Your settings stay in your browser.
