This tool allows a GLIA Call Center (www.glia.com) operator to select a different audio device than the system default to receive alerts of audio detected on specific websites related to the GLIA Call Center operations. This is helpful for call center and other applications to allow the user to have notifications come through the computer while other alerts or system audio are coming through a headset. This is also helpful to keep the end user from having to switch the system default audio output every time they utilize a website that they would like the audio output to differ.
