AuctionMate Pro analyzes vehicle auction listings on Copart and IAAI to estimate profit and risk before you bid. When you open a lot page, the side panel sits alongside it with: - Verified vehicle specifications, recalls and safety ratings from a VIN lookup - Landing-cost calculation: buyer fee + zone-based shipping + recon - Projected profit, with Buy It Now compared to bid-based scenarios - A condition read from the auction's own photos - What similar cars actually sold for, drawn from our own record of past sales - Sales-history signals - relist detection, sell-rate, BIN gap - One-click save to a watch list, with profit-aware sorting and drag-and-drop reorder - Optional reminders before a sale, from 15 minutes up to 24 hours ahead INSPECTION MODE When you go to look at a car in person, open Inspection mode from the lot panel. It gives you one pass around the vehicle, ordered by where you stand rather than by category, with the checks that match that car's damage brought to the top. Alongside it: a parts sheet with quantities and used / aftermarket / OEM pricing, a labour line, and your own notes. Everything saves against the VIN. Walk the yard, then open the same car at your desk and it is all still there. There is also a short tool list that says what each one actually tells you and what it cannot - a paint gauge finds filler, it does not find a bent rail. COMPARABLE SALES The hardest question at auction is what a damaged car is really worth. We keep our own record of completed auction sales and narrow it toward the car in front of you - first by mileage, then by damage, then by title - and we show you the reasoning, not just a number. You see which step moved the figure and where the evidence ran out. Where we do not have enough sales to be confident, we say so instead of printing a number we cannot stand behind. BEYOND THE LOT PAGE - Search and filter auction inventory, sorted nearest-first by your ZIP - A web dashboard for your watch lists, saved cars and past sales - An iOS and Android app that shares the same data WHO IT'S FOR Independent dealers, auction flippers, wholesalers, and DIY rebuilders who want data-driven bidding decisions instead of gut feelings. PRIVACY A free account keeps your watch lists, notes and preferences with you across the extension, the web dashboard and the mobile app - open a car on your phone at the yard, and your notes are on your desktop when you get back. VIN lookups are routed through our backend, which proxies licensed vehicle-data providers. We do not sell your data. See the privacy policy for details. PRICING Free to use. Pro features coming soon. RECENT RELEASES 1.5.118 - 21 Aug 2026 NEW: Inspection mode - a guided walkthrough, a parts sheet and notes that save against the VIN. A dedicated comparable-sales page that shows its reasoning. FIXED: Per-car edits now save to your account rather than one browser. Clearing the title discount field no longer inflates a car's value. Comparable sales were being filtered by auction site instead of by title - coverage went from 74% to 91%. Sold-price averages now count only cars that actually sold. 1.5.109 - 12 Aug 2026 NEW: Search runs on our own inventory - faster, and it keeps working when a provider wobbles. Filter counts show how many cars match before you apply them. Nearest-first sorting by ZIP, worked out in your browser. Colour and vehicle type now filter properly. FIXED: An ended lot no longer says "Current bid". Trailers no longer appear among the cars. 1.5.105 - 6 Aug 2026 FIXED: Auction fees were badly understated - the real charge on a $4,200 car is about $990, not $300. Rebuilt from 13 published fee schedules. A slow provider no longer empties the search grid. Sold-outcome capture now records cars that ended. 1.5.99 - 4 Aug 2026 NEW: Analysis is explicit - a car is analysed when you press Analyze this car, not automatically. Reports generate from what is on screen. Comparable rows link back to the original listing. CHANGED: Your weekly allowance stays silent until you reach it. 1.5.69 - 28 Jul 2026 NEW: The modern lot view is now the default - collapsible sections and a proper theme system. Confirm / Adjust banners on title and condition, because both are the seller's claim until you verify them. A BUY NOW marker on the profit bar. FIXED: A crash in the lot view. Ended lots now show a clear "No record" state. 1.5.19 - 13 Jul 2026 NEW: Implied repair cost now derives from researched repair percentages rather than value loss. FIXED: Signing out now ends the session on the server, not just on your device. 1.5.18 - 24 Jun 2026 NEW: A condition read from the auction's own photos. Free vehicle-specs enrichment - generation, configurations, recalls and safety ratings. "Likely salvage" inference when a title reads clean but the record does not support it. Age-adjusted salvage and rebuilt discounts.
