Neighborhood Income Data — US Census ACS data classifies each facility's neighborhood as high, medium, or low income. Where people store says a lot about what they store. 97-Keyword Signal Engine — From "Rolex" to "trash", every title and description is scored for value signals with category caps to prevent false positives. Sort by Score — One click reorders every listing on the page from highest to lowest opportunity score.
