Overview

Block distracting feeds — not whole sites — with in-page, draft-safe access passes.

Your feeds are slot machines. Attention Rehab closes the casino and keeps the workbench. Most blockers treat a whole site as the problem. But x.com/compose is a tool — it's x.com/home that eats your afternoon. Attention Rehab blocks surfaces, not sites: the For You feed, Explore, notifications, YouTube's homepage and Shorts are walled off, while compose, search, DMs, single posts, watch pages and channels stay completely open. No pass needed to do actual work. Want into a feed anyway? Tell it why. Type what you're here for — "10 min to find that thread" — and you get a pass scoped and timed to exactly that, with a quiet countdown in the corner. Add your own OpenRouter API key (optional) and an AI reads your intent and scopes the pass precisely; without a key, a built-in parser handles it. The wall grows as the behavior gets compulsive. Your first pass of the hour is one sentence. The second asks you to confirm. The third makes you wait 60 seconds with your own numbers in front of you. And if you're spiraling — too many passes, too many feed-minutes in an hour — a full-screen moment shows you the receipts and asks you to acknowledge the pattern before you continue. It never destroys your work. No tab reloads, ever. If you're mid-draft anywhere, all enforcement politely waits until you're done. A pass expiring will never eat your half-written post. Everything stays on your device. Your usage trail is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere — unless you add your own API key, in which case only your typed intent goes to your own OpenRouter account. No analytics, no accounts, no tracking. Built by someone who used v1 daily for a year and rebuilt it around what actually works: honesty over willpower, receipts over charts, friction that adapts instead of a wall you learn to climb.
