Most website blockers are too aggressive. They'll block the site the second you open it, even if you just needed to check one DM. Then you get annoyed and uninstall the blocker entirely. Want to block this for 15 minutes?" Sometimes you click "Yes, block it." Sometimes you dismiss it and keep scrolling. Either way, you made a conscious choice instead of acting on autopilot.
