Overview

Autofill job applications from your ATSPrep resume and save postings to your tracker. Your resume stays in your browser.

Stop typing the same resume into every application form. ATSPrep fills job applications from the resume you already built on atsprep.com. Open an application, click the ATSPrep icon (or press Alt+Shift+S) and click "Autofill this application". Your name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn, GitHub, website, current company and title, school, degree and major go in. It also fills years of experience when your dates add up, and your summary where a form asks about you. It attaches your resume as a PDF in your Studio design. What it fills and what it won't - It fills the fields your resume can answer, then tells you what's left: "Filled 9 fields. Check these yourself: …" - It never touches passwords or questions about visas, sponsorship, work authorization, salary, gender, race, veteran status, disability, birth date or consent. Those are yours to answer. - It keeps anything you've already typed, unless you turn on "Overwrite filled fields". - It never makes up an answer. Free-text questions like "Why do you want to work here?" stay empty and show up in your check list. Tested on application forms built like Greenhouse, Lever and Workday, including Workday's multi-step pages (it fills the step you're on). It also matches common field labels on other career sites, so many other forms fill too. Always check the form before you submit. Save the job, then track it - On a job posting, ATSPrep reads the role, company, location and description. It works on postings with standard job data (like Greenhouse boards) and on LinkedIn, Indeed and Workday postings. - "Save to tracker" adds it to your ATSPrep job tracker. "Match my resume" opens it next to your resume in the Studio. "Practise the interview" starts a mock interview for that exact job. - After you autofill, "Mark as applied on my tracker" logs the application in one click. Private by design - Your resume is read from atsprep.com in this browser and kept in Chrome's local extension storage. It is never sent to our servers or anyone else. - The extension reads a page only when you click its icon. It doesn't run on other sites in the background. - No account is needed to autofill. You need an ATSPrep resume, and building one is free.
