Automate VTO and VET interactions on Amazon A-to-Z portal

Automatic VTO on Amazon A-to-Z portal. Go to the AtoZ VTO page, open the extension and enter the times you want to watch and then click start. Once started, it will constantly refresh the page and check for new opportunities. Once there is one, it will try and take it. I would recommend opening a separate window for this as tabs in the background sometimes get throttled (i.e. don't work as fast). v1.1.0: - Faster refreshing - Automatic logging back in Notes: I did have something in place to automatically click "yes" with "Are you still there?" but it didn't work all the time. I removed that which allows the extension to refresh and check a lot more. Now you can enter your AtoZ username at the top of the extension, once it logs you out, it should automatically log you back in and take you back to the VTO page, in theory. From what I tested, it doesn't ask for passkey or password if you log in shortly after it automatically logs you out, just the username.
