Super easy to set-up and use! Literally saves me hours every day!

This is a good program, but when I've had a problemTechnical support is virtually useless. They take a message and they're going to call you back, which they never do so your stock and don't know when the programs going to be up and operating, or have you made a mistake, absolutely nobody to support you. I'm a busy primary care doctor, and when I walk into an exam room in this thing doesn't work it really destroys my flow so they definitely need some help if the going to play in the space

I am extremely dissatisfied at the poor customer service and ultimately extremely subpar product offered here AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This software initially appeared to save time and be effective, however after using it for a few months it made multiple basic errors. It frequently gets medication names wrong, fabricates information and misses out on vital information!
