Overview

Prepare meetings asynchronously with an AI facilitator, check they're needed, and turn notes into a clear to-do list.

Meetings that end with decisions. AsyncPrep works inside Google Calendar. Before a meeting, each guest spends five minutes with a private AI facilitator: what they want from the meeting, what worries them, what they can own. AsyncPrep turns everyone's input into one anonymized brief: • One clear purpose and a tight agenda • The decisions to make, and who decides (DACI or RAPID) • An honest answer to "do we even need this meeting?" — hold it, shorten it, handle it by email, or cancel • Open questions and differing views, without naming anyone After the meeting, AsyncPrep merges the brief with the meeting notes (including Google Meet's "Notes by Gemini") into a final to-do list with one owner and a due date per task, and adds it to your notes doc in one click. Each participant also gets a short recap of their own part. Private by design: what you tell the facilitator stays yours. Organizers see who has prepped, never what anyone wrote. Names only go on tasks people volunteer for. Connected to your work: AsyncPrep reads the event description and attached Google Docs, and can follow a linked GitHub repository, so its questions are about your real project. How to start 1. Install the extension and open Google Calendar. 2. Open a meeting you organize, click "Async prep", and turn it on. 3. Guests prep from the same side panel. You get the brief, then the final to-do list. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Learn more at https://asyncprep.com
