AsX Scale — AI Experience Survey is a Chrome extension that injects a validated survey overlay into AI assistant interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Organizations use it to measure the quality of AI tools from their employees' perspective, across four dimensions: Information Quality, Verifiability, Contextual Fit, and Operational Usability. How it works: • Administrators activate the survey for their organization via the AsX dashboard • Employees see a non-blocking overlay when using AI assistants • Responses are collected and aggregated in the admin dashboard • Results help organizations evaluate and compare AI tool quality Built on the AsX Scale — a scientifically validated measurement instrument developed at Fraunhofer FIT.
