Assetli — property check from a listing

Open a listing and get a due-diligence protocol: price, financing, land registry, risks — every item with its source.

Assetli checks the property in the listing you have open right now. Instead of an impression you get a protocol: around twenty-five checks, each with a status (fine / finding / critical / not determined), a reliability grade and the SOURCE we know it from. Nothing is made up — when a source is silent or the listing omits something, the protocol says so and tells you what to fill in. Above the protocol there is a short answer: what the property will cost you per month, and what the biggest unknown is. What gets checked • The asking price against prices actually paid in the district, and for land against the average price of agricultural land • The mortgage payment at today's market rate, and what a rate two points higher would do to it • Total monthly cost of ownership: payment, building charges, property tax, energy • The parcel in the land registry: area and land type, soil quality and protection class • Flood zones, radon index of the bedrock, recorded landslides • The zoning plan — and where the municipality is not in the national geoportal yet, the add-on finds the plan on its own website • The seller in the insolvency register • Amenities nearby and how the municipality's population is developing • Energy performance and an estimate of energy costs Where it works The add-on handles a listing from anywhere. It is most detailed in Czechia, where the protocol answers roughly three quarters of the checks from official sources. Elsewhere you get the price and financing checks, the location and the surroundings — and for the rest, a link to the authority in that country where you can verify it yourself. What we do not know, the protocol does not claim. How it works You click Analyse, the add-on reads the text of the listing you have open and sends it to assetli.app, where the protocol is built. Without an account you get three free checks. An account adds the AI assessment, saved analyses, comparison and the "what is left of your budget after buying" calculation from your own numbers. What it costs Three checks without an account are free. A free Assetli account includes a monthly AI allowance that covers a handful of protocols; heavier use needs a paid plan or topping up credit in the app. The price of every step that costs anything is shown in the panel before you click it — recalculating an analysis after you fill in a missing detail is always free.
