By automating data extraction, quality verification, and agent performance tracking, the extension transforms high-volume product handling into a streamlined, data-driven workflow. 1. Core Automation & Extraction The extension acts as an intelligent layer over the web interface to capture essential product data points without manual intervention: Dynamic Data Scraping: Automatically extracts Style ID, Brand, Category, Color, and Gender using optimized XPath and DOM selectors. Image Management: Captures product thumbnails and provides specialized logic for image sequencing (e.g., the Brand Street Tokyo handler) to ensure the correct main image is selected. Smart Cleaning: Automatically strips brand names from product titles and handles complex table structures to ensure data is clean before it reaches the database. 2. Performance & Activity Tracking Management can monitor the floor's efficiency in real-time through integrated logging: Efficiency Metrics: Tracks agent productivity by logging the number of products processed per hour (e.g., "09 AM - 10 AM"). Activity Logs: Connects directly to Google Sheets to record every action, providing a transparent audit trail of "Arrival" tasks. Network Monitoring: Includes a built-in utility to track server latency and internet connectivity, ensuring agents are working in an optimal environment. 3. Quality Assurance (QA) Framework To maintain the high standards required by ASL BPO, the tool includes a dedicated QC module: QC Collector: A system that tags products undergoing quality control with a " QC" suffix for easy filtering and review. Duplicate Prevention: Checks current URLs against previously collected data to prevent double-entry and wasted effort.
