Powerful tool - gives site admins great data and helps us inform users of new features with click throughs, banners and attention grabbing tools. At first glance it may not seem like much, but take the time to dig a bit deeper and customize the content. They do have a ton of standard content that is very well written. Best support I've seen.

**EDIT** - We have been in communication with VisualSP on this issue, and they have an expected fix in mind and potentially already in development. A workaround has been provided to our admins in the meantime. The quick feedback and communication from VisualSP has been impressive and very helpful!
