"Key ring is not loaded or not empty" cannot create wallet.

I just wanted to install the ASI Chrome extension after reinstalling Windows and I keep getting the error message "key ring is not loading or not empty". Before, everything worked fine. I reinstalled the plug-in and it still doesn't work. I can neither create a new wallet nor integrate an existing one. It works via the Android app.

I also opened the wallet without ledger in the smartphone app. After doing this I tried the chrome wallet and the ledger wallet now opens.

My staked FET tokens in my Fetch wallet automatically migrated to ASI, then the FETCH -> ASI wallet extension Icon appeared and worked for 1 day, today the wallet would not open, so I had to remove and reinstall the chrome extension. I have a number of tokens staked inside, as they have been for a while now. The name of the wallet, changed from Fetch to ASI automatically. no funds can be found after transferring to this Fetch wallet even when the explorer shows that it is there! EDIT: it took half day to be able to display in the wallet...
