Asana Automation adds a review and approval step for changes on the Asana boards you choose. When a teammate tries to remove a task from a monitored board, the extension steps in automatically: the task is held intact — with all of its comments and attachments — and routed to a reviewer for approval. Nothing is lost. If the change is approved it proceeds; otherwise the task stays exactly where it was. It works entirely in the background. There is nothing to install beyond the extension itself, nothing to pin, and nothing to configure — once it's added, it just works. Key points: • Automatic — no setup, no sign-in, no settings to manage. • Safe by default — changes to other people's tasks on monitored boards are sent for review; your own tasks are never affected. • Unmonitored boards behave completely normally. • Lightweight — runs only on app.asana.com and stays out of your way until it's needed. • A clear on-screen notice tells you when a change has been sent for review.
