Arte.tv Additional buttons for the Player

Adds a button to display a mini-player and a button for a in-tab fullscreen display

Adds two more buttons to the Arte.tv Player, accessible from https://www.arte.tv. > The first button to display a mini-player, that shows above all other windows hence permits watching TV while carrying out other tasks. > The second button displays the video in fullscreen within the tab, to leave the possibility to change tabs without quitting the fullscreen mode. Both buttons are displayed at the bottom right of the Player, in flashy green.
