Overview

Lets the AristAI Program Mapper fetch a professional profile's Save-to-PDF export with your own login, one profile at a time.

The AristAI Profile PDF Bridge is for staff of institutions using the AristAI Program Mapper. When a faculty profile is linked to a LinkedIn page, the mapper can read that profile from LinkedIn's own "Save to PDF" export, which includes every role, degree and award, including the ones the web page hides behind "Show all". LinkedIn answers automated requests with a login wall, so the mapper page cannot fetch the PDF itself. This extension makes the same request the "Save to PDF" button makes, using the LinkedIn session already signed in on your browser, and passes the file to the open AristAI page that asked for it. What it does not do: it never runs on its own, never fetches more than one profile per request, never stores anything, and never sends data anywhere except the AristAI page that requested it.
