It watches any web page, feed, or API you choose and sends you a clean alert the moment something you care about changes, so you never have to sit and refresh a page again. Pick a whole page, or click a single element like a price, a heading, or an "in stock" label to watch just that. ArcWatchtower checks it on your schedule and shows you a clear before and after of exactly what moved.
