Arctex Portal Assistant BETA

BETA: Pre-fill supported South African property portal forms using listing data from Arctex Property Studio.

Arctex Portal Assistant BETA helps real-estate agents reuse completed listing information from Arctex Property Studio by pre-filling supported property portal forms for review. Sign in to Property Studio, choose one of your listings, open a supported portal add/edit form and click “Fill current form”. Portal Assistant can pre-fill common listing information such as property type, address, size, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, rates, levies, marketing heading and property description. Portal-specific location selectors, photos, features, account settings and final submission remain under the user’s control. The extension never automatically saves, submits or publishes a property listing. The current beta includes user-triggered form assistance for PropData Manage and PropCtrl. These are supported form targets and should not be interpreted as official partnerships or integrations. A valid Arctex Property Studio account is required. This extension is currently beta software.
