ArcSolve Light is a lightweight PDF viewer extension designed for a single purpose: detect PDF links on web pages, open them instantly in a built-in viewer, and provide optional translation. What it does on pages - Scans page structure (HTML elements, link positions) to detect when a link points to a PDF. - Reads the PDF link and basic metadata needed to open the file and display it in the viewer. - When you use translation, it processes PDF text/selected text to translate it, then returns translated results back into the viewer. How it uses data (Limited Use) - Data is processed only to provide PDF viewing and translation. - We do not use PDF content for advertising. - We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties. - Remote code and remote services are limited to ArcSolve-controlled endpoints used to keep the viewer lightweight and to deliver translation components. User control - Translation is optional and can be disabled at any time. - Preferences (translation on/off, target language, viewer settings) stay on the device.
