Archiver for Google Photos
Overview
Archive unorganized Google Photos one at a time — skips items already in albums.
Google Photos is great at storing memories — but over time, your library fills up with thousands of loose photos and videos that were never organized into albums. There's no easy way to clean them up. Archiver for Google Photos fixes that! It automatically goes through your library photo by photo, checks whether each one belongs to an album, and archives everything that doesn't. Photos in your albums — including shared ones — are never touched. Ever. This tool is built for people who use Google Photos to share curated albums with family and friends, but don't want years of personal, unorganized photos cluttering the same library. Your albums are your intentional collection. Everything outside them is just noise. Archived photos aren't deleted. They simply move out of your main view into Google Photos' Archive folder, where you can review and permanently delete them in one step whenever you're ready. With this extension you can set how many photos to process per session, choose fast or slow speed depending on your connection, optionally download photos before archiving them, watch a live log of every action as it happens, and export the full activity log as a CSV file. Your albums are always safe. The extension only archives photos that aren't in any album. Everything you've intentionally organized stays exactly where it is. A clean Google Photos library, finally.
