Arbor
Overview
Your new tab becomes the tree of your bookmarks: nested folders, instant search, no account.
Arbor turns your new tab into a live map of your bookmarks. Instead of the flat list Chrome gives you, folders show up as nested boxes you can open, close, and rearrange by drag and drop — links move between folders, folders move inside other folders, and the whole tree stays exactly the way you shape it. Type "/" to search instantly across every folder, no matter how deep it's buried. Right-click any link or folder for quick actions: rename, delete, add a new one on the spot. Choose light, dark, or system theme, adjust the text size, and pick how many columns fit your screen. Your preferences follow you across computers through Chrome's own sync — no account, no server, nothing leaves your browser. Export a backup of your folders anytime, or import one on a new machine. Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Dutch, with more on the way. Free to use, with an optional link to support development if you find it useful.
