AppSupport Toolkit adds a set of time-savers to ServiceNow for support teams working incidents — right in the pages you already use. Features • Copy for handoff — one click copies a clean, formatted ticket summary (number, short description, state, caller, affected user, priority, assignment group, assigned to) with a clickable link, ready to paste into Teams, Slack, or email. • SLA aging highlight — color-codes list-view rows by how long they've been open (amber → red) so tickets nearing breach stand out. A configurable "no-SLA" group gets its own color instead of a false-overdue tint. • Hide unused fields — a one-click toggle that hides the incident fields your team doesn't use, for a cleaner form. Fully configurable. • Canned responses — type a /shortcut in a work note and it expands to your saved template, with placeholders auto-filled from the ticket (caller, number, your name, and more). Templates are personal to each user. • Create Jira issue — opens a pre-filled Jira "Create" dialog straight from an incident, mapping the ticket's fields across (configured for Insight Global's Jira). • Editable JIRA Case Number — makes the linked-issue field editable and adds an "Open in Jira" shortcut. • Settings — a toolbar popup to turn any feature on/off, pick your highlight colors, choose which fields to hide, and manage your canned-response templates. Privacy: everything runs locally in your browser. No data is collected, there are no servers, and nothing is sent to the developer or any third party. It runs only on ServiceNow pages.
