Appservices Admin is a workflow tool for agents and administrators who help clients complete an identity‑verification (liveness) step remotely. The client is not always in the same place as the agent. With Appservices Admin, the agent starts a verification session and shares a secure link (or routes it to a saved consumer name). The client then completes the liveness check on their own device, using the standard verification SDK — it is genuinely their own live face that is verified. When the client's own check succeeds, the extension records the resulting session reference on the appointment form the agent is working on. How it works Open the supported appointment page and open the Appservices Admin panel. Generate a link (or pick a saved consumer) and send it to your client. Your client completes their own liveness check on their own device. The panel detects completion and records the result on the form automatically. Privacy & data use Appservices Admin never accesses the client's camera or biometric data — that stays entirely between the client's device and the verification SDK. The extension only handles the agent's account email, a device identifier used to bind the subscription, saved consumer names, and session references. It sends these only to appservices.dev to run the workflow above. It uses no advertising or third‑party tracking.
