Adds colored file-type icons (.gs, .html, .json) to the File panel in the Google Apps Script IDE.

Apps Script File Icons adds small colored icons to each file in the Google Apps Script IDE's File panel, based on its type — .gs, .html, and .json each get a distinct color and glyph, so you can spot the file you're looking for at a glance instead of reading every label. Why install it: The Apps Script editor shows every file with the same plain icon regardless of type. This extension distinguishes them visually, making a project with many files easier to scan. How it works: The extension reads the file names already present in the Apps Script IDE page's File panel and inserts a small SVG icon next to each one, based on its extension. It makes no network requests and requires no sign-in or OAuth access to your Google account. Permissions used: Only host permission for script.google.com, needed to read the file list already present in that page's DOM and insert the icons.
