Approval Exposure
Overview
See which contracts can still move your tokens. Read-only, and requests no permissions.
Most crypto losses don’t happen to the wallet you’re using. They happen to the one you forgot about. Every time you approved a swap, a mint, or a staking contract, you gave that contract standing permission to move your tokens. Those permissions don’t expire. A protocol you used once in 2021 and never opened again can still move funds out of your wallet today — and if that contract is ever compromised, it will. Approval Exposure shows you the number nobody shows you: how much of your money is sitting behind permissions you no longer need. WHAT IT DOES Paste any public wallet address. You’ll see: The total dollar value that approved contracts can currently move Which contracts hold those permissions, and over which tokens When each approval was granted, and whether the contract is still active A direct link to revoke anything you no longer want Save as many addresses as you want. Your cold wallet, your hardware wallet, the old wallet holding a bag you’re never selling, your family’s wallets. Check them whenever you like. WHY THIS ONE IS SAFE TO INSTALL Open the install dialog and read it: this extension requests no permissions at all. Not “minimal permissions” — none. That isn’t a marketing line, it’s enforced by Chrome. With no permissions declared, the extension cannot read any website you visit, cannot see your other extensions, cannot run in the background, and cannot interact with your wallet in any way. It is structurally incapable of touching your funds. You never connect a wallet. You never sign anything. You never type a seed phrase or a private key — and you should be suspicious of any crypto extension that asks you to. All it needs is a public address, the same information anyone can already read on a block explorer. HOW IT WORKS Approval history is public on-chain data. The extension reads it, prices the tokens, and adds up what’s exposed. Your saved addresses are stored locally in your own browser. Nothing about you is tracked, profiled, or sold. WHAT IT DOESN’T DO It doesn’t revoke approvals for you. Revoking costs gas and requires a signature from your wallet, so you do that yourself in your own wallet — we just link you to the right place. That’s deliberate: an extension that could revoke for you would need permissions that defeat the entire point. Takes about thirty seconds. Most people are surprised by the number.
