Overview
Automatically capture job applications from any website into your ApplyOps tracker.
Stop keeping a spreadsheet of where you've applied. ApplyOps saves each application to your tracker as you submit it: the company, the role, the link, and where you found it. It works on job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages. It only logs an application once the site confirms it went through, so your tracker doesn't fill up with half-finished forms. If it ever misses one, you can add it in a click, and duplicates are caught before they pile up. While you browse a listing, the sidebar can: • Show how well the job fits your profile, with a clear reason, before you spend time on it • Tailor your resume and write a cover letter or short email for that specific job • Fill in application forms using your profile and answers you've saved before • Answer questions about the listing through Ops, our AI assistant, which only looks at the job you're viewing and your own ApplyOps profile You stay in control. Nothing is submitted for you, and you can turn automatic capture off whenever you like. Needs a free ApplyOps account to connect (app.applyops.app).
