ApplyMaxing is a companion extension for the ApplyMaxing desktop app. It adds a one-click "Save to ApplyMaxing" button directly on job listing pages so you can capture jobs without interrupting your flow. HOW IT WORKS The extension connects to the ApplyMaxing desktop app running locally on your computer. Everything stays on your machine — no account or internet connection required to save jobs. FEATURES One-click save on 60+ job boards — floating button auto-appears on job listing pages Status awareness — button shows if a job is already saved, applied, or interviewing Popup dashboard — quick stats and recent jobs from any tab Configurable button position (4 corners) and toggle on/off PERMISSIONS Storage: saves your preferences locally Tabs: reads the active tab URL to detect duplicate jobs Scripting: injects the floating save button on job pages Notifications: shows a confirmation when a job is saved (can be disabled) Alarms: checks every 30 seconds if the desktop app is running PRIVACY This extension only communicates with the ApplyMaxing app on your own computer (localhost). No data is ever sent to any server. No analytics. No tracking.
